Shipping policy
1. Order processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. In most cases, your order leaves our warehouse within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery times
Once shipped, your order will arrive within the following estimated delivery times:

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer during busy periods, holidays or due to circumstances outside our control.
3. Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You will also receive email updates along the way, so you always know where your package is.
4. Packaging
Every order is packed carefully and securely to make sure it arrives in perfect condition. Giant balls, wallets and mirrors included.
5. Damaged items
Did your order still arrive damaged? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@startupwav.ca and include a photo of the damaged item and the packaging. You can choose between:
- A 100% refund, or
- A free replacement
You don’t need to send the damaged item back. You can keep it.
